How do Holistic Campaigns work?

The shortest timeframe for our holistic campaigns is three months at the pace of one campaign per month. As you know for sure, marketing is a marathon, not a sprint, so we recommend running the campaigns for as long as your business grows, ideally for an indefinite period of time. It’s your choice! Since campaigns always are keyword/topic based, you can rotate the keywords/topics or keep promoting the “hard” and competitive ones until you reach the desired outcome.
Customers with larger websites often run more than one Holistic Campaign per month, addressing different topics.
What Guarantee do we offer?
Due to the nature of our service and the level of manual work (content research and creation) at the beginning of each Holistic Campaign, we offer no refund for the Holistic Campaigns. But we offer something much better: A success guarantee.
The "fine print" in normal size:
We guarantee that after 90 days, which equals at least 3 Holistic Campaigns on your main topic, you will see an increase in at least one of the following KPIs:
- Traffic to your website: at least +10%
- More keywords your website ranks for: at least +10%
- Better average placement for the top 50 ranking keywords: Ranking sum of top50 keywords rankings at least -20. This could be a keyword improving its ranking from 60 to 40 or 20 keywords that improve by one position each
- At least one related press release ranking on the first page in Google for your main local KW (related means it talks about your company/service/product and links to your website).
All guarantee relevant KPI numbers are collected from third-party tools registered by the customer, where we get a read-only account. We usually prefer Google Search Console, which is free of cost and relatively reliable.
Usually our campaigns bring more improvements in all above and many more KPIs, but meeting one of the four minimal success definitions described above means we have kept our promise. Should we or you notice no such improvement, you will get your money back, no further discussions needed. This of course also applies if you have chosen a larger package.
The success guarantee applies only once for every website/domain in the very first three months of the promotion. If you have a larger business or are a reseller/agency, you are entitled to the same success guarantee for every domain promoted.
Campaign packages are not tied to a domain and can be split between several (sub)domains. Splitting is only possible when the additional (sub)domain receives at least 3 Holistic Campaigns, and the new/additional (sub)domain also benefits from our success guarantee. The available campaigns in the package are split evenly between the (sub)domains to determine the amount of refundable campaigns in case we cannot honor our guarantee for a promoted (sub)domain.
This is not a forced continuity service! Booking a package is possible anytime at the price published on this website at the time the package is booked. Continuing with the same package without interruption is possible at the same price as before, even if the prices published on this website have been increased in the meantime (grandfathering system).
Our campaigns also generate high quality, organic leads and customers for your business, but these are very hard to track externally, at least we know of no solution which doesn’t involve changing/expanding your internal digital processes. This would probably be a separate project on its own. If this is important to you, we can help with the specification.
To increase relevancy of your landing page for your main topic or correct technical SEO errors, we may suggest adjustments to your website, which we highly recommend you implement. We used to charge $2000 per day for audits and improvement catalogs for business websites, and we offer this knowledge free of charge for our Holistic Campaign customers.
How many Holistic Campaigns do you need?
Use them as flexible as you need!
Usually – especially for small and medium local businesses – we recommend and execute one Holistic Campaign per month, addressing one keyword/topic.
For larger or non-local businesses, it would be beneficial to promote more than one topic (think of it like a category) and/or geographical area in the same month to accelerate traction.
You can pause your campaign packages for up to a month per every six campaigns in your package, no pause allowed in the very first three months due to our 90-day guarantee. You also might want to go more aggressive for very competitive keywords/topics, running more than one Holistic Campaign, each for a different keyword/topic and region, in the same month. You need to request this explicitly per email.
We never run two Holistic Campaigns at the same time for the same keyword and the same local area, since this would not benefit you – just a waste of your money – as time plays an important role in the distribution process and its effect.

Your package doesn’t renew automatically out of the box. You can choose to do so by asking it explicitly by email. Additionally, we will inform you before your campaigns run out and give you the chance to renew at the same price.
Who Is This Service For?
Obviously we’re not targeting the family grocery at the corner, since their targeted market is too small, and the costs of the campaigns are too high in regard to the reachable increase in revenue. This is one of the reasons we have an application process in place. Not trying to offend anyone here, but the parameters sometimes just don’t fit.
If we needed to put a number on it, we would say our service suits businesses with at least $500k annual revenue that want to expand massively and know they are in a much larger market than they are already addressing.
At the same time, it can be extremely beneficial to increase authority and trust of the own brand and keep market contenders at distance.
